shows, A Touch of Class delivers the perfect ambiance.
The following is a partial list of the types of ensembles available from the ATC entertainment
group:

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you have a minimum time requirement?
We have a one hour minimum and can charge by the half-hour after the first hour, if needed.
How do I know what pieces will work for the group I’m hiring?
We include a consultation to help you with music selection and to discuss other details of your event.
What do you need us to provide?
We will need one armless chair for each musician. Also, for longer performances, food is greatly appreciated.
Do you attend the wedding rehearsal?
No- after playing ceremonies for 30 years, we feel comfortable watching and adjusting the timing as necessary.
Rehearsals never have the same timing as the real thing so it doesn’t help us at all. If you still feel you want
the group at the rehearsal, we would charge our regular rate.
Will you accompany a vocalist?
We have many wonderful, experienced vocalists we can provide who are used to singing with us. If you want
us to accompany a vocalist that you provide, we will add 30 minutes to the contracted time so we can rehearse with
them. They must be comfortable running through the song(s) once or twice right before the ceremony. And- they need
to provide us with the sheet music (not a recording!) in the same key they will be singing it in.
Can you provide a sound system?
Our ensembles generally do not need to be amplified- even outside. If there is a vocalist that needs a
microphone or we will be playing in a ballroom with 200-300 people talking, then we can provide a sound system
for an additional fee.
Do you perform outside?
Yes, but the instruments can’t be in direct sun or in temperatures below 55 degrees. The covering can
be a tent, or even the shade from a tree or building. If it starts to sprinkle during your ceremony and we are
not sufficiently covered, we must put the instruments away immediately.
What do you wear?
We always wear concert black (tuxes/black dresses) unless you request something else.
